The accommodation is in a great location, spotlessly clean and is a great sized room with a king size bed and large ensuite shower room and small but private balcony and is on the ground floor with only five steps to get to the room which was great as my husband has recently suffered a stroke and is partially paralysed. The hosts are fantastic and extremely helpful. They are local and very easy to contact if necessary. The accommodation is very safe with an outer security door plus a further 3 internal security doors to get to your room. Felt very safe and using keypad rather than keys was great.

Staff on site can arrange airport transfers. On The Route is very comfortable, conveniently located, the staff are attentive and respectful, the breakfast is generous and very good. The automatic check-in was a lot easier than we had anticipated. The apartment was airy, clean, beautifully furnished, the kitchen had everything that was need for our (sadly, only a week) stay. The balcony overlooks the river beach which is only a 2 minute walk from the apartment and Freya responded quickly to our message. An excellent apartment and we will definitely return.
