As we had done our homework about the location this hotel was everything we expected and didn't disappoint. As it has only been open a few months the room was very clean and fresh and of ample size. There was a nice choice of breakfasts and dinner items and a well stocked bar. We loved listening to the waves and wildlife noises and not much else to disturb the tranquility of being in the forest/beach location. Also very close was a good beach bar for a change of food and scenery.

Location was close to town but nice and quiet at night. Our room was very comfortable! We loved the ocean views.

The location is gorgeous, the cabin was beautifully appointed. We loved everything about the ecolodge. Dinner was always excellent. There were monkeys and red frogs. (We didn’t see the caimans).

Relaxed atmosphere and nice views from the restaurant/bar area,.~ A short taxi ride to Bocas airport. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Hostal Hansi is in Bocas del Toro, 17 minutes' walk from El Istmito Beach. It is 50 meters from the docks. All rooms are private, some have a terrace, TV, air conditioning and hot water. Surroundings are a little loud and the leaking sewer outside was unpleasant, though the room was nice and quiet enough.
