So it's the best balance between a hotel and a private rental. Owner and manager both available in case of any problems. Rooms very clean with smart and comfortable feel. Staff keep the rooms and communal areas under 24/7 air con so you immediately start to cool down when coming in from the heat. (They don't go in your room and turn off the a/c like many hotels!) I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond during breakfast with his hospitality and generosity. His kindness made our mornings even more special. We can’t wait to return!
