The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. I loved my stay at Hotel Tree Tops. If I had the time I definitely would have stayed longer. It is so peaceful and the property is beautiful and green. The owners are super kind. Even though the bus stop is quite close by, they picked me up and dropped me off too. I could borrow their bicycle to explore the area which was amazing. They made sure everything was taking care of. Breakfast was good. I booked a safari for a good price and they booked really nice seats for me on the bus back to Kathmandu. The location is amazing, a bit outside of the village centre which makes it super peaceful. Only a little walk (or an even shorter bicycle ride) to the a bit more busy centre. Definitely recommend this place!

The family who own it were beyond lovely and helpful. They arranged a tuktuk to collect me from the next door town after a terrible bus journey, organised brilliant safaris (I saw 7 rhinos in the jeeps, some very close!) and helped to get the bus to Bandipur. He would WhatsApp when Rhinos could be spotted in the village to come and see. The hotel was clean, great location, has mosquito nets over the bed and good working fans (it is very hot in Chitwan in end of May!!).

His passion for wildlife was evident, and his knowledge made our safari experience unforgettable. The team made sure to carefully walk us through all the tour options, helping us choose the best ones suited to our interests. Special thanks to the wonderful waitstaff, Robyn and Kabita, who went out of their way to suggest delicious local dishes and served the best coffee. Their warm service and attention to detail made every meal a delight. This hotel delivers on every front, from outstanding service to thoughtful recommendations. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about its guests, this is it!

This was my second time staying at Tara Guesthouse! Great atmosphere and accommodation from Vicky and his family! They make sure you have a great stay and enjoy your time in the Chitwan National Park area! This is the only place I will stay while in Sauraha! Could not recommend this guesthouse enough!

The property features a garden, terrace and parking on-site among other facilities. A hot spring bath and a bicycle rental service are available for guests. Excellent service for visiting the park, the owner is an authorised guide and can give you a lot of information and good booking service. If you are interested in wildlife and nepali people life this is the perfect place.

The owner is super nice and helpful and will answer all of your questions and tell you more about the national park, animals and local area. The room is nice and enough to spend a couple of nights. The hotel shower always works. Good internet and if you are lucky, you can see wild animals and many birds from your balcony. Most stayed place in Sauraha.

If you want to have a true experience of the Chitwan National Park with the best local guide who is passionate about the jungle and has a ton of knowledge about the wildlife, then this is the best place for you! Bishnu (the owner of the lodge and guide) is truly amazing! He started answering any questions I had even before I arrived at the area. His wife and his kids are truly adorable and they made me feel like being at home. I went with Bishnu in a half day jeep safari and a full day walking (and boat) safari, as well as some other activities like bird watching. Even if we were not lucky enough to see a tiger, we saw many rhinos, deers and monkeys! Bishnu knows every corner of the forest and he was explaining to us every detail and answering any questions we had. While other guides may show you only the basics without putting much effort, Bishnu is trying his best to find the best spots in the jungle so that the guests could have the greatest experience! One day of my 3 days stay, I was the only guest and Bishnu arranged extra activities especially for me so as not to get bored! Last but not least, the food was fresh and homemade, and it was the best food I had in Nepal! These 3 days full of adventure and great hospitality, was the best part of my trip in Nepal and makes me want to visit Nepal and Bishnu again in the future for sure! Bishnu and your family, thank you for everything!
