I was there in mid January and we had some cold days, but it was warm inside the apartment.

The studio had a very pleasant smell! There’s a market close by, and a very nice restaurant down by the train station (right by the sea).

The location was ideal - you literally cross the street over to Monaco! Minutes away was a pizzeria, pharmacy, train station, and the bus stops we needed to access the centre and surroundings. Laurent was super understanding of my friends and me arriving before the check-in time and let us leave our luggage in the apartment while we killed the time sightseeing for a few hours. Laurent also recommended some places for us to visit, most of which we did and were not disappointed! He also suggested a taxi ti pick us up from the apartment to the airport at 3:30 AM, which we really appreciated. The apartment was equipped with everything we would have needed, was super clean, and located in a quiet neighbourhood. Definitely recommended!
