Fabulous breakfast. Riad situated in the souk 10 minute walk from main square so ideal location. Once in the Riad it was quiet and peaceful with beautiful rooms and lovely rooftop terrace.

The hotel was experienced as very nice. nice location, friendly staff and very clean. breakfast was delicious and we were asked enough times if everything was to our liking and if we didn't need anything. I will come back here very soon when I am in Marrakech.

Excellent location. The room and the courtyard of the road are spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated; the courtyard feels like a small palace, so peaceful even though it’s right in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted and more; Ismail was an incredibly friendly and attentive host and we cannot thank him enough for making our stay so enjoyable

This is a beautiful air conditioned property, the room was clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries are provided and tea making facilities in the room. The staff are excellent, they went out of their way to cater for specific dietary needs and were very welcoming, helpful and caring. The property is in an ideal location for access to the main square and also for pickup for excursions.

A beautiful Riad in a great location. Room was a good size, very clean (always smelt amazing) and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious with loads of variety. The highlight was the staff who were so friendly and always to happy to help! Excellent value for money, we got treated like royalty for a very reasonable price. We had the most incredible stay at Riad Dar Ten and would highly recommend.

The rooms were good size .The location and serenity makes it ideal for couples who want to bond and spend time away from the buzz of the main city. The villas are great for families as they can also make their own meals and have a swimming pool ,large living room ,dinning room and kitchen to themselves . The staff were excellent .Rashid in the restaurant was great and made me laugh all the time .The cocktails were also very good .Staff will do anything to make your stay grand .

The staff were extremely accommodating and hard working. The riad was very clean and in the perfect location if you want to visit the markets.

Amazing location, just a few steps from the main square. Very central. The rooms were very clean and the commun areas were great, specially the rooftop. The staff is very helpful and they have a good vibe. Excellent price-quality ratio

The location of this property was ideal and well-situated. The staff were great and very reliable. The food was very good quality and had a great variety. Cleanliness was also not an issue. Would definitely come again.
