The location is great. Room and amenities are up to standard and very clean. Very friendly and kind staff. Superb Sri Lankan breakfast. Place is very clean and well maintained. There were a couple of friendly cats and you wouldn't miss a thing.

nice hotel, clean rooms, hot water, shower, air conditioning, the hotel has a kitchen and a refrigerator. You can have tea/coffee if you wish. excellent location, within walking distance of various cafes, 3 minutes to the beach. friendly and pleasant staff.
Beach with white sand and calm sea without waves. Ideal for holidays with children.

We stayed here for 3 days. The position is very good 5 min walking to the beach! The room very clean and the staff is so really friendly! You could also order the meals, lunch or dinner on request, the price is good, cheaper and it was absolutely amazing the food! We recommend it!!

It was very clean place with very helpful staff and great location nearby the relaxing and clean beach. They drove us in tuk tuk wherever needed. The garden and swimming pool were very nice common areas.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Nilaveli Beach Resort.
Location is amazing, the hotel is on the beach (you step out of the room and are already in front of the sea), super quiet and ideal for relaxing.
It's a bit secluded from the outside but the restaurant offers great food at a reasonable price.
Comfortable and clean room.
The staff were super helpful, specially the manager John.

The rooms were very clean and spacious with a private dining area, the staff were always attentive with good service. The hotel is not far from the beach and short walk will get you there. The beach itself was relatively clean but the sea was rough owing to the season, even though noted a few people braving the waves for a swim. Travelers wanting peace and tranquility, this is the ideal place for you.

Great location to beach! 3 mins walk and plenty of restaurants and cafes near by!
Nice sized pool, which was very clean, with a great shaded area to sit and play cards or read.
The room was large with a very comfy bed and a fridge.

Absolutely great. The location is amazing with a stunning view on the beach, 50 meters away. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had two different rooms: the normal one is big, has a nice bathroom, and a balcony with view on the beach. The topfloor room was huge and the bathroom and balcony huge also! There are restaurants on walking distance. We can only advice this hotel!
