The location was perfect, staff was super helpful and nice. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the rooms were really clean and big. The pool and gym/sauna had excellent conditions.

We had a wonderfull stay at the Elephant in Siem Reap. A short first-time Cambodia trip was made incredibly easy with great price-quality balance. Staff was very nice and helpfull, and we stuck with driver Savorn for our entire trip who was very nice and helped us both to our destinations and cool down after visiting them. He also introduced us to coconut cakes which turned out a bit of a revelation. The hotel also reffered us to a tour guide Vichhai who was able to connect the ancient history of Angkor Wat to the recent history, which was really appreciated. The area of the hotel is very nice too, with vegetarian/vegan friendly restaurants closeby. 5/5

Literally the best hotel experience of my life. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive—it was truly breathtaking. During our stay, it was one of my friend’s birthdays, and when we checked in, the team noticed it was her special day. They went out of their way with thoughtful gestures, like decorating the room while we were out visiting temples, preparing a fruit plate as a birthday cake after our lunch, and more. Beyond their kindness, the room and the hotel were very well maintained, and we enjoyed a high level of comfort. Thank you to everyone for this amazing experience, and a special mention to Kane who took care of us from beginning to end

Two Seasons Siem Reap Hotel in Siem Reap offers a 5-star experience with a rooftop swimming pool, spa facilities, sun terrace, and lush gardens. Great place to stay in Siem Reap. It is true what people say about transportation at the hotel. If you want to visit Angkor Wat the best is to use the $18 tuktuk driver at the hotel - will take you everywhere and not bore you with details. We also called a Grab and it turned out it was the driver parked in front of the hotel - mere seconds away. This stop was a week into our trip so we needed to do laundry. The laundry in front of the hotel is fantastic! They offered to do laundry for US$0.50 per Kg if overnight or US$1 per Kg if same day - either a real bargain, and they fold everything so well. (Or there is a self-service laundry nearby, but why, when you can get it done for you!) There are fantastic restaurants near there. Nick Restaurant is amazing and inexpensive. Nearby Red Apple restaurant is also great. The restaurant at the Cheathata Angkor hotel is truly exceptional - a massive menu of good food at great prices.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel while visiting siemreap, The service was just lovely and the people working for the hotel were all very friendly and outgoing. The room I got was overall very nice and spacious with everything I needed provided in the room. Location was nice as well, I can get foods and stuff for late night within a 5-10min walk around the hotel. Short stay but look forward in coming back soon !

We had an amazing experience at the Hotel, it was beautiful, clean, and the personal was absolutely amazing, honest, kind and respectful… The breakfast was delicious and the massages we took were completely renovating. I will surely recommend this hotel to everyone if they are willing to travel to Cambodia.

We arrived at this hotel at 3pm on 17th of March. They are very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning is impeccable. The Breakfast service has good variety and fresh products. Clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Location is good nearby shopping and supper market. Wifi is very poor at night around 10 to 11pm.
