We also had the chance to be part of a Staff Party and for the guests, with live music, Women Drummers. The outside is lovely, like a jungle in the middle of the city. All the staff was very kind, the hotel has just been renewed, a new swimming pool so nice... The breakfast and the meals was also very good and everything we had asked for was satisfied. This hotel is part of a group, named Nature that is managed by a lady (that I had the pleasure to meet and her wonderful family), in the same street you have another one of the same group. The location is very central, close to everything and the internet was great, I also had the chance to have a meeting with Portugal by zoom.

From the service, staff, food, to problem solving. It was done quick and nicely. The room was nice and spacious with well equipped daily amenities. The pool looks nice and food was delicious with many of the local dishes I've tried out. The location is well situated easily reach to most places in under 10-15mins or a quick walk to many of the local stores nearby if you need anything. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to my request and they always willing to help you out as quickly as possible. Especially from the receptionist team and house keeping team. The place felt like home, the warmth from the people around you and with the way everything was done. Would absolutely recommend a stay here for anyone visiting Siem Reap.
