We had a lovely stay at this place. The room was great, and the staff were very kind and helpful. They refreshed the coffee and water daily, and assisted us whenever we needed anything. The neighborhood is charming, with many nice spots by the canal—peaceful, yet within walking distance of the city center. There were some mosquitoes, which is typical for Venice, so we recommend bringing a repellent or electric device to keep them away . Overall, a great experience!

Although you won’t get dramatic canal views from the windows (depending on the apartment - some do have views!), the location more than makes up for it. Step outside and you’re surrounded by an endless choice of incredible restaurants, cozy cafés, and charming shops, all within a 3-5 minute stroll. Every corner feels like a postcard - perfect for wandering, dining, and soaking up the Venetian atmosphere. The apartment itself is a true delight. Beautifully furnished with a tasteful mix of modern comforts and classic touches, it feels both stylish and welcoming. The beds are wonderfully comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly spacious for Venice, and every detail - from the layout to the decor - feels thoughtfully designed to make your stay effortless.

We liked so much our breakfasts in garden, nice service from Veronika - wine and olives in evenings, sunny room and singing birds. Don’t think it’s not in central location - location is great, just buy atonement for vapporetto.

The location is far from the center but you have shuttle bus so there is nothing to worry~~if there is rate more than 10 I will give that.
