Apartments and rooms at the Tipico have elegant décor, a private bathroom, and stone walls and floors. Most are housed in traditional Apulian Trulli houses, while others are in stone buildings. The location, room, breakfast and communication with staff are great. I delayed our hotel arrival around 21:00. The check in was till 20:00. However the staff allowed me to do self check in.

The Trulli are all independent houses and are set in locations around the centre of Alberobello, no more than a 5-minute walk from Basilica dei Santi Medici. Some have barrel vaulted ceilings, some feature air conditioning, and others have a cooling fan. On site- private parking is free and Monopoli and other seaside towns along the coast are around 40 minute's drive away. The Castellana Caves are 15 km away. Staff provide an attentive service and offer useful tourist and travel information. The resort itself is amazing - wonderful Truly style. Great breakfast!
