We loved our room (fly to heaven), the free snacks and drinks, the huge shower head, the small terrace facing the hotel's inner patio filled with greenery. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel has a restaurant which we hadn't tried but by the looks of it, was always full. Central location yet quiet. We walked everywhere. Also close to the train station, about a 7 min walk. The hotel staff were all lovely and accommodating. It was a special experience and we highly recommend you stay at this hotel on your next visit to Florence.
