When I told her my arrival time, she arranged for my room to be available early. This was so helpful after a morning of travelling. The room was immaculate and the facilities were great. The location was really convenient being close to the port, the historical district and the shopping areas. Would definitely stay there again.

This was our second visit to Napoli City hotel. The first time was so good we came back on our return trip, and the second visit was even better. Gennaro met us at the front door, and sent a WhatApp chat with all kinds of great information. The first visit we didn't havbe more than a pit stop, but this second stay we had more time. Gennaro was wonderful, friendly and very helpful.

Toledo Boutique Rooms is set in the Spaccanapoli district of Naples, 2.9 km from Mappatella Beach, 1 km from Maschio Angioino and 1.1 km from Naples National Archeological Museum. great location. room and especially bathroom was clean, without mold and modern. communication from start to finish was excelent. I received instruction to whatsup, personnel at reception show us where to go and share a google drive documents where you can find recommendations for restaurants and places (much better than trip advisor).

Offering inner courtyard views, DUOMO 152 NAPOLI is an accommodation located in Naples, 400 metres from San Gregorio Armeno and 600 metres from Chiesa dei Santi Filippo e Giacomo. Location is great, very close to everything. We stayed in different rooms during the stay, one that has view on the Duomo and another that viewed the inner yard. Both are great, Duomo view is amazing, it might be a bit loud, but thats a Naples city centre, so thats how it should be)) Room with the inner yard view is quieter. Breakfast was very delicious, you can choose from different options and it will be delivered to your room at requested time. The best about the place is the host. Rosario is very friendly and accommodating. He communicated in advance that in the booked room was an issue with water, so we were offered a room with the view (later we moved to the initially booked room as we preferred to have 2 beds), at arrival we were met, Domenico helped with the luggage, gave a map, showed all the main spots to visit and gave restaurants recommendations, when we were leaving Rosario also helped with the luggage and taxi. For the staff I would give 100 points))

Situated in Naples, HOPESTEL Secret Garden Napoli has a garden, shared lounge, bar, and free WiFi throughout the property. Great facilities including a wonderful garden with plenty of seating and open space, and area for yoga/ meditation. Inside also a shared space and kitchen. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was good too, easy walking distance to transport and local shops.

Salvatore was always taking care of us since we arrived to the hotel, he was so kind during all stay and made a great experience for us. The hotel shuttle was broken so Salvatore made everything to take us to the bus station by car to continue with our trip. Great service.
