The location has been so mindfully designed, people are amazing, the Menü in the restaurant is small, but delicious, the breakfast is truely hand-selected and home-made, the puffins, the hot tubs and saunas … and all of this for a very descent price! If I ever get back to Iceland (I hope I will), I‘ll make sure to plan at least another night here. thanks to the whole the team, we appreciate your effort.

Not too far off the N1 but felt like you were were in the wilderness. Stunning views and so quiet. Room lovely and clean although warm as a hot day in Iceland. Food great and service excellent. Well recommend to people.

Great place to stay in an even better location just next to the nature! We stayed with my wife for two nights in their beautiful forest room “Skogar”, a wooden fully equipped private room with private bath. Very clean, with comfortable beds. We managed to cook our dinner and also prepared our breakfast in the kitchen. Lastly, the hosts were so friendly and kind that we thought we have been staying in our home place!
