My first choice for accommodation is its newness. This hotel opened just a few months ago. Everything is in great condition. The bed linen is crisp, white and 100% cotton. The ACs and fans work well. The owner, manager and all the staff were extremely accommodating - an extra thank you to Sunil, the manager, and the staff in the restaurant. The only real concern is the bed is very soft. This would be an issue if you have back problems. The hotel is under going its soft opening so they was slowly working out the details. Overall I had an excellent stay.

Right by the Ashvem beach, the atmosphere and beach view are unlike any I have seen. The staff is polite and helpful, Aarti (the host) is a sweetheart and goes out of her way to welcome you. The cafe serves great food paired with some or the other entertainment. You will feel like you’re in a completely different place, a bubble of sorts, that’s full of good, relaxing, thoughtful vibes. The room itself was well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was firm. I was provided free drinking water as well. They also kept a bowl of clean water at the entrance of my room so I could clean feet before entering. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a beach view hut and enjoyed the beautiful sea view from my balcony a lot. Overall, very good value for money.

I liked the service of the staff. The manager was available for me 24/7 and was relaxed and helpful. I got into a jam with a scooter (which the property had nothing to do with), and the manager helped me right away and was a complete life saver. My bungalow had hot water, a large bathroom, it was quiet, it wasn't too hot with the ceiling fan, it was just pleasant.
