I really like the idea of having skylights, they make the kitchen very bright. by the way the kitchen has everything for cooking. Martha kindly provided us with extra coffee capsules. Thank you, Martha. Large refrigerator and washer/dryer. This was very convenient when we returned after rain. There is no photo of the bathroom. It is small but well equipped. The shower works well. The bed is large and comfortable. And the best part is the view of the mountains! Absolutely amazing and stunning view! Highly, highly recommended

There is free on-site parking and Wi-Fi at this elegant guest house on Ireland’s western coast. The location was great, far enough away from the pubs and crowds to keep it quiet but close enough to walk to everything. Denis, Mark and the whole team were exceptional hosts. They went over the top with accommodating anything we asked for. Having laundry on the premises was a plus. The breakfasts were amazing, the best we had anywhere on our 3 week trip to Ireland, Scotland and london.

In a quiet, residential location, the B&B is less than 10 minutes’ walk from Galway Cathedral. Lovely owners. Very friendly and willing to share their local knowledge. Breakfast was delicious.

All modern and spacious apartments have separate living rooms and kitchens. Each also offers a washing machine and free Wi-Fi. We informed the management of the estimated time of our arrival and told them we would get a taxi straight to the facility. When we arrived at the Westport train station we were met by a member of the management in a mini bus. Lovely surprise. When my husband and friend arrived much later that evening the kitchen was closed but they cheerfully reopened it and fed them with a fabulous plate of fresh fish and chips. The food was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. The owners and staff were wonderful, very warm and friendly. The apartment was very pleasant and comfortable. I cannot speak highly enough of the people of this warm and welcoming place. I hope to return there someday and very highly recommend it to people looking for a lovely vacation experience. Guests have spacious rooms and a stylish restaurant, 1 hours’ drive from Dublin. It had parking for free. Breakfast was plenty. Had a pancake maker, and for those so inclined, offered Whiskey for breakfast. We used the take-away cups for an additional coffee to go.

The location of Leenane Hotel makes it an excellent base for exploring Connemara. The facilities include a bar, a spacious restaurant and a private resident’s lounge. Lovely fire in the residents lounge. Dinner and breakfast were really good and the staff amazing.
