George is absolutely the best! We celebrated our anniversary on this trip, and they provided flowers and a bottle of Rose' which we so appreciated. The property is beautiful and in a perfect location. Breakfast is wonderful and a true representation of the Greek experience. The message therapist was fantastic as well. We will stay here anytime we visit Spetses.

Loved the location, quiet and in between new and old port.

A great place to stay in Spetses, the hotel is situated a bit outside the port at a quiet location 15 min walking from the center. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice decoration. You have to keep in mind that the shower is inside the room, we knew it before booking and it wasn't a problem for us as we are a couple. The amenities were from local producers. The room was clean and quiet. The owners were great! Very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from the port, helped us rent a quad and gave us great tips! The breakfast was amazing! A lot of variety and very well cooked. They allowed us a late check in without extra charge. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend it!

Everything was great. Full service. Cleaning every day. The breakfast basket replenished every morning. After checkout, we were offered to leave our luggage in the hotel. We had a wonderful stay at Theos Apartments. Our hostess Evilena was so sweet and helpful. She did many extra things to make our stay the best. The property is quite and beautiful. We will return the next time we are in Spetses.

7 Islands is ideally located 450 metres from Agia Marina Beach and 500 metres from the old harbour of Spetses, with its nightlife. It offers rooms with free WiFi and has a large swimming pool. Great family owned business, Tanya was busy making everything we need coming through, picked us up from the harbor and back.
