Its minimally decorated studios enjoy views over the Aegean Sea. Great location for us - easy walk into the town for meals. Wonderful having a pool to jump in at the end of the day. We hired scooters and found it easy to get around the island and explore, there are also endless hiking trails if you are really energetic. Our room was massive and comfortable.

Built on a rocky hillside, Blue Sand Hotel in Folegandros is just 15 metres from Agali Beach. Featuring the traditional Cycladic architecture, it offers units with Aegean Sea view and free Wi-Fi throughout. The location was amazing … steps to the beautiful Aegean! The staff were so kind and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the hotel’s decor was very tasteful.

The thing that made it was Theo and his wife, they were fantastic hosts, and gave us very good tips about the food in town and what we should see on the island. Folegandros food has been the best we have had yet. loved every minute.
