Very warm and extremely helpful - you immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, for your amazing hospitality, for your support with the questions I had and the many small kind gestures! You made my stay perfect! I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy to come back to the hotel every time. I can only warmly recommend the hotel!

Stepantsminda is already a very nice town, but this cottage is like the very last cottage, high up town, with only the mountain in your back. It gives you a remote feeling in a town that is already remote. What makes it a dream is the master bedroom that overlooks the whole town, but also shows the wonderful mountains with the Gergeti Trinity Church as an absolute highlight. Amazing falling asleep and waking up with this view! Also plenty of space to park your car.

When you wake up in the morning, you can see the beautiful sunrise from the mountain. The room was very warm, which is important. The lovely owner is very detail oriented. Truly recommended!

The owner is a super nice guy, the place was clean and welcoming, the view is breathtaking. The area is quiet with a very good restaurant close by and is isolated enough for you to forget that there are neighbors close to you. Had a great time there.

Stepping out of the balcony, you can see the snow mountain peaks in full, stunning and unobstructed view (see photos). It was truly an awe-inspiring moment when we entered the rooms. The property is not in the town center but rather higher up on the slope facing Mount Kazbek - this provides a much better view of the mountain. It is very close to Rooms where we had a great dinner. This property is also very quiet at night because it is far away from the major road running through town. I would say the location is perfect for staying in Kazbegi. The rooms themselves are good too - they are clean and have all the facilities you can expect. Overnight temperature dropped to 0 degrees Celsius during our stay and the heater was turned on - making the room quite comfortable. And finally, the staff are truly superb and they made our stay in Kazbegi even more memorable!! We stored our luggage at the hotel and then went on to hike to Gergeti Trinity Church. After the hike, we had to catch the 5pm minibus back to Tbilisi but we were running late. We asked the hotel if they could deliver our luggage for a fee. They were so nice that they delivered our luggage for free, and insisted on not accepting our payment. This hotel truly made our spectacular stay in Kazbegi even more spectacular!
