Very comfortable apartment with great beds and enough space for a family of 4 traveling together. The free parking was an important perk for us as we were driving across the UK during our 2 week stay, and Stow was a place we stopped by for the night. We definitely wished we had stayed longer to not only fully enjoy the town but also the apartment itself.

The property is non-smoking and is set 33 km from Blenheim Palace. We had sunday lunch which was really good, just enough room left for dessert which was also lovely. The wine list is a little limited although the wine we had was really nice. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel the following evening which was just as good. The staff are absolutely lovely from front to back, day and night. The hotel has a really warm homely feel to it. The lounge area with the fireplace was really cosy and comfortable, we nearly fell asleep there. The room was very well presented and i have never stayed in a room so clean. The attention to detail is first class.

There is a large fireplace in the winter and a terrace for summer dining. The hosts were wonderful, the accommodation was spotless, so comfortable and so authentic. The buildings were full of charm and character. The breakfast which was included was excellent. We also had an evening meal which wasn’t included and the food and service was excellent

The Crown Inn is a beautiful building dating from 1633. Surrounded by Gloucestershire countryside, you can enjoy excellent views across the Golden Valley. It is off the beaten track. I had a single bed room which was large, well furnished and very comfortable. Loved the fact you could see the stars at night with little light pollution. Fantastic evening meal and an excellent breakfast, the homemade baked beans were superb!

The property is situated 38 km from Kingsholm Stadium, 39 km from Walton Hall and 39 km from Blenheim Palace. Lydiard Park is 49 km from the bed and breakfast and Warwick Castle is 49 km away. Location is perfect. Just a block away from the Main Street. Hosts were great and very helpful. Very reasonably priced and my teens enjoyed the breakfast. We loved watching the sheep in the pastures from our room. Room 5 was a perfect getaway for our family. Would recommend!
