The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

La Maison Lamartine provides accommodation with free WiFi in Nice city centre, a 5-minute walk away from Nice-Ville Train Station and Jean Médecin Tram Stop. Great location and very hospitable staff. Breakfast was amazing. However, please note that it’s not a buffet breakfast. The hotel is very nicely decorated!

Small lovely hotel in Beaulieu. Great staff. Small but sweet rooms and good breakfast. Love Beaulieu and the location of the hotel at the little square with nice cafes and restaurants close. It was excellent! The people at the front desk were amazing and very helpful. The rooms were clean a comfortable and the location was perfect!
