This place is a little gem. It is small but cleverly put together with an outdoor seating area which is quiet when the women upstairs isn't having a loud phone conversation at the window - the host soon put a stop to that when asked so top marks there! Our host was most informative and helpful which was a bonus.The area around the accommodation is very nice with a number of dining options, stores and scenic strolls. Creperie Le Platin was a real find - doesn't look much but really good! Parking is adequate on the street with overnight free. The island itself is terrific. Great for a drive around with lots of wonderful towns. La Rochelle is a wonderful little city for a wander around.

Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful Ile de Ré. Eric and Nelly are super hosts, friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. The room we stayed in was perfect, quiet, clean and comfortable. We availed one evening of the 3 course dinner Eric prepared and it was just delicious. (Highly recommend). Breakfast was very nice.

Location, incredibly close to the beach! Nice house, refined breakfast, calm. Great host Christina was lovely and friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable surrounding area . We did enjoy the stay and we feel like home to home. We will be back again.

Amazing garden and very cute room. Breakfast is a big plus! We stayed only one night but the environment was very tranquil and we felt like it was our home. We definitely recommend it! Bonus is the owner's small cat that you might see in the garden sometimes ❤️ Great location as well, we found a very nice restaurant in the main square of the village 6 mins away.

Hotel L’ocean is located in Le Bois-Plage-en-Re, on the Ile de Re. Just 800 metres from the beach, it offers an outdoor swimming pool and wellness centre. We have stayed here before 20 years ago and it’s only gotten more fabulous!

The Hotel Les Colonnes is located in Saint-Martin-De-Ré, on the Harbour and 800 meters from the nearest beach. All rooms are equipped with bath-toilet and TV. Great location. Lovely clean room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Super restaurant. Loved the menu and service. Fantastic staff. Sophie - you’re a star *

Everything! Large room with The Most Comfortable bed we slept in during our month of traveling. The Bar was relaxing and sophisticated, met a few different people over cocktails. Staff was friendly and Helpful - when a Transportation Strike changed our plans. They helped with restaurants etc

Hôtel La Jetée is located on the edge of Saint-Martin-de-Ré’s port, on the Île de Ré. A lovely hotel, ideally placed close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The range of foods available at breakfast is most impressive, it was all fresh and delicious.

Hotel de Toiras provides accommodation on the Île de Ré, next to the Saint-Martin-de-Ré harbour. Some rooms offer a view of the harbour. Toiras has a restaurant and a garden. Fabulous location - could not have been closer to the action plus a fabulous view of the harbour.
