We just wanted to relax, enjoy the sun and warmth, and eat good food. Mission accomplished! We chose the Privilege option in order to have access to a specialty restaurant and the rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the sea - and the choice was worth the extra cost. The check-in process as well as responding to our various questions were all handled in a relaxed, efficient, personable manner. Our room was a junior suite with lots of space and a generous balcony from which we enjoyed a sea and land view. While we favored the rooftop pool, there were a few other very nice pools as well. The so-called Privilege restaurant offered a lovely fine-dining menu, and the staff were terrific. There are mostly other hotels and apartment buildings in the immediate neighborhood, but there is some pleasant retail too, and a very nicely landscaped waterfront promenade. We were very happy with our stay because our goal was to relax in a nice resort.

Receptionist Javier and bar staff all lovely and helpful.

The energy of this place is somehow magic. The accommodation is simple but offers everything you need. The fireplace is amazing for a quiet and relaxing evening! Food at the restaurant (dinner) very tasty. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Free parking, and very friendly staff. If I ever come back to Tenerife, I will stay here again.
