Very friendly and helpful people at reception. They did soooo much to help, and gave great advice. There's no breakfast at the hotel (we didn't go to their restaurant right across the street, but it looked reasonable.) Location outside of Madrid, not far from airport. Metro is 10mins away on foot. Nice parking area. Clean.

Strategic location, 5-15 minutes easy walk to any tourist objects, bus stop is just in front of the building, yet the room is quiet, if we close the window. I love to see that there is a hook at the back of the door, a thoughtful little thing. Will surely be back for longer.
