The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. Very quick response when messaging the owner. The area is very peaceful.

The location it’s among paradise itself, the best sunsets ever seen, the horses from the ranch greeting us every morning, the comfy house, the owner that replies to all your questions and inquires. Even we were able to do a late checkout as I had a job interview. On other details, we had all the main apparels needed as coffee machine, many towels, washing machine and drying machine, and coffee maker. The water was running at all time and the heating was perfect! Great WiFi for working remote as well.

The studio is very clean, modern & has everything you need (even a washing machine) a great little outdoor area, which is very private & has a table, 2 chairs & an awning. Our host Juan was exceptional, his communication before & after our arrival was prompt & friendly, the arrival pack he provided was the best we’ve ever had, biscuits, crisps, fruit, chocolates, beer, water & pop, there was also toilet rolls to get us started & shower gel, shampoo & hand soap, he also provided us with 2 quality beach towels upon request. We had a late flight & Juan let us have a late check-out, which was fabulous as we could enjoy our last day knowing we could have a shower in comfort. We had a small problem with the shower & Juan came straight back to me & arranged a mutual convenient time, which he kept to & sorted it fast! The complex has a excellent snack bar, which provides indoor & outdoor seating areas, it has a wide range of snacks, ice creams, cakes, 2 draught beers & a fantastic range of spirits & wines, the couple who run this are so happy & friendly & we were shocked how reasonable the prices were!

Apartment was absolutely lovely, everything you could possibly need. Host was really quick to answer any questions too. Spotlessly clean, full size fridge freezer and oven. Balcony had sun afternoon and evening with a sofa to relax on. Short walk to a supermarket, restaurants and bus stop if you wanted to visit shopping mall in Arrecife.

Superb views from the pool area, very quiet, spacious and well equipped apartment and friendly helpful staff, can't wait to go back.
