The staff (especially Oskar) was very helpful in resolving personal issues. I accidentally lost my AirPods and Oskar immediately took action and found them the next evening. Exceptionally clean, this modern hostel has fantastic common areas downstairs, with three separate eating areas and a large TV lounge area. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant to us. We had a room with just two bunk beds and a little balcony, close to two shared bathrooms. This is a great hostel experience.
