The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were beautiful and spacious and well thought out. The location was perfect being a short walk to the train, beach and old town while also being quiet.

Excellent Hotel with superb staff. we were received at the reception by Alex and Maria who were very helpful, always with a smile on their faces and very professional and made us feel welcome. the rooms are very clean and you have everything you need. the hotel in general looks new, smells very good, the location is perfect, very close to all the main attractions in the city but at the same time a quiet area. We would almost return to Bilbao just for this hotel

Good parking at the location and not too long walk to the city.
