A good experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Moustafa Disha, Mohammed Badr, and Mohammed Karim, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a comfortable bed, fresh linens, complimentary tea, coffee, toiletries, and daily laundry service. The hotel's location was ideal—close to key attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the city tour arranged by the hotel, complete with a personalized guide, Hazem, who was knowledgeable, engaging, and professional.

The staff are all so friendly and helpful, the price is fair, the free breakfast is great, rooms are clean & quiet and there are curtains in the shared dorms which help with privacy and blocking out the light. I was hesitant to write a review cos I don't want it to be booked out next time I come back!
