First of all we were able to checkin earlier without any problem because of our night bus. The room is huge and very clean and they provide water, coffee and tea. Staff: the hotel is run by a family and Carla, our receptionist, was beyond helpful. She was friendly, caring and cheerful. Her husband, Juan, was also great and they both showed us tips of what to do for activities and where to go for restaurants etc. I cannot stress enough of how incredibly safe and grateful I felt just to have them there every morning to greet us and chat with us like we are old friends. It was the best stay of my traveling experiences.
