Facility in apartment within my expectation. Fast-simple cooking in the kitchen, ironing (room), laundry and luggage storage at level -1 was useful during my trip. Big screen smart TV which can be synchronized with smart phone was also good.

Overwhelming welcoming reception in the late evening - familiar atmosphere - positively surprised when you arrive, open doors, spacey lounge entrance, minimalistic order and architecture - clear and clean environment with the touch of the contemporary "Zeitgeist" - the concept of the hotel design and its functionality reflects on the mind - very quietening - breakfast is not to be missed - fresh and a great service. Absolutely perfect! Beautiful apartments, fully equipped, everything new and clean, parking slots behind the house are great. Mrs. Irene is very kind and always helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if visiting Hamburg.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They give you all the information about Hamburg you need to know. What to see, what to visit and how to get around Hamburg the easiest way. Excellent customer service. We also liked the Breakfast very much. There was plenty of everything. Parking is also very good. Either in a garage of the Hotel or across the street. 5 minutes to S-Bahn station from the Hotel. Perfect connection to the City center by S-Bahn. Just 20 minutes. We enjoyed our stay in Auszeit Hotel. Thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back. 👍👍

What I like the most is the décor of the apartment and its functionality. There is one room, but it is divided into different zones where you can sleep, rest and eat.
