We stayed here November last year and chose to stay in this hotel again this year as everything was perfect last time. It was the same this year!! It feels like home with an interesting spatial character. The laundry and pantry in the room are also very useful. The staff was very friendly as always, Jay and Yvonne were especially helpful along with the other staff. Have to mention the cleaning lady who does an exceptional job every day, making it a pleasure to return to the room, after site seeing. The location is very convenient and was among the historical Hutongs and alleyways of Qianliang. As an architect therefore the location was really interesting. It is also close to all the important city destinations, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, bus halts and the National Art museum subway station.

The subway station is just a 2 min walk around the corner. The central railway station is across the bridge. It’s easy to get around the city using public buses nearby. Breakfast was nice and tasty. Daily cleaning service. A pleasant discount if you decide to have dinner on the 5th floor. The staff are helpful and friendly. They offered me an early morning check in and as it was my birthday, I got a birthday card from General manager and a birthday cake with macaroons and berries. That was really awesome and definitely made my day so special and happy. Thank you so much!

The hotel is simply amazing!!!Excellent location, very close to all the sights and the main pedestrian street. There is a metro station right across the street. Rich breakfast for all tastes. Comfortable clean room with view and wonderful amenities. The lobby smells fantastic and a robot is constantly cleaning. Find the concierge Willi, always a smile, very kind, particularly eager and helpful, he saved us with the VPN that he installed on our mobiles.

It was tastefully restored down to every single detail, but the rooms itself is modern, big and comfortable. It was hidden in the centre of Beijing amidst the little alleys and its a rare gem. There are Michelin guide restaurants and cute bars nearby, but you also get a taste of residential, authentic old Beijing just outside of Tiananmen and the palace. There aren’t really a lot of rooms so we are super lucky to book one. Service is warm, accommodating and overall just impeccable. We’ve stayed at numerous Relais Chateaux hotels before and this one does not disappoint!
