The view of the lake and Lugano from the property was stunning. I also loved the peaceful location of the property, which was spotless and had everything my daughter and I could have wished for, including easy parking out the front. Peter was a enthusiastic, knowledgeable and welcoming host. I would definitely stay at the property again and would certainly recommend it for couples or small families.

The apartment is very spacious: large living room, nice balcony, large bedrooms.
The location is ideal: within walking distance to centre and to the lake. Three supermarkets quite close.
Lots of storage space.
Livingroom had a large flat screen TV, large sofa and a large table.
Host was available by phone and Whatsup (although not always able to help - see next section)
As we arrived early (train schedule), the host was kind to let us leave the luggage in the apt while it was being cleaned.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, quiet, & cheap parking. Good fast bus service into the city. The young gentleman who welcomed us was extremely friendly & efficient making our stay very pleasant.

Fantastic communication, and contrary to what some of the reviews have stated they give clear instructions for the property (short walk away from station) and how to get the keys. Very clean, and all inclusive apartment. Air con is a real bonus in summers. Have some shops nearby for groceries at station, and around the area. Definitely would be looking to stay again when back in Lugano (with a good deal of course).

I place a lot of points on the cleanliness of the hotel. Was spotless clean. Breakfast was rich and had everything you need for an active day. Staff friendly and helpful. The location is great and close to hiking trails, swimming and not far from Locarno. Just loved it there. Thank you

Great location, and one of the few "budget" options in this area. There were many people checking in at the same time, but they were working really fast and making sure everyone gets their room as quick as possible. Great working team.
