The staff was very kind and friendly, they even helped us to organise a birthday surprise for our kid. The ski area is just across the street as well as the bus stop to go to Bormio or S. Caterina ski areas. We loved our stay at Nira!

Even though this hotel is located outside of Chur, the location was very good. We loved the view of the mountains surrounding us and the fact that it was a quiet town. Our room was very modern and spacious, and we had a balcony to relax on. the restaurant was pricey but very nice.

The Baita is at the foot of the Ortles-Cevedale Glaciers, where alpine and cross-country skiing are available throughout the year. Rooms are decorated in Alpine style. All was great. 5 minute walk from Bormio ski lift and old town center.
