Super host Irene was without doubt the most helpful person on my whole trip. Not only for arranging game drives and river cruises, but also for anything else you might need. Can't say enough good things about her willingness to provide assistance whenever needed. The cottages themselves are quite nice and good quality for the price, and the location is quiet due to its distance from the main roads. Wouldn't change a thing about the stay.

We had a wonderful time for our 2 nights in Tent no 1 at Muchenje. From the moment I start to communicate with Hayden... He was so very helpful! Our check in and the staff were very friendly.. The little convenient store was very well stocked !!! More than I expected with good meat and Chicken and fresh Veggies!! And a lot more! The Birdwalk with Stone is not to be missed... He is a wonderful guide.. we saw 50 spesies an 6 lifers!!! Amazing .... The foodplanes were flooded , so we had amazing views and beautiful Sunsets. Thank You Muchenje Campsite.... Located 60 km from the town of Kasane, Muchenje Campsite and Cottages is close to the Ngoma Gate of the Chobe National Park. A well facilitated, cosy property with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Outlook and wildlife viewing over the Chobe floodplain amazing. Friendly helpful hosts. Very good value.
