Featuring an on-site bar that is opened every night, Lagarto Na Banana is located in Pipa. The hostel has an outdoor pool and offers free WiFi throughout the property. The community that Effi and his group of volunteers built, is amazing. All warm people, and they put a lot of effort in making the best of your time. They made my three weeks in Pipa very special and I would love to come back! Also a huge plus: the vegetarian, or even vegan food made by Juan and Claudinho is terrific. Definitely a reason to come back to the hostel every night.

The hammock outside was a nice touch and there were nice tables on the deck. Everything was very beautiful and there was a lot of God's green creation to see. There were electrical outlets on each side of the bed with little lamps on both sides. We didn't swim in the pool. My favorite thing (other than the price around $31 USD per night)might have been the wonderful staff who always were watching the gate.
