Simply the best. Always available. Super helpful. She gave me great suggestions for places to go. She helped with booking day tours on the last minute when everything had go wrong. And on top of everything when I got beaten by an unidentified insect in the jungle she took me to the health center and served as a translator for as long as it was needed. The rooms are great. Very clean and comfy. Absolute value for price. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. The location is perfect. Close enough so that everything is very accessible but far enough to be also quite. When I visit ilha grande again, I will definitely stay there.

Casa Selva is a few minutes walk from Abrao. It’s quiet and beautiful with several different places to sit outside amongst trees and next to the river. We stayed in the room with the kitchen inside and everything was perfect. The owner Leandro does an amazing job looking after his place and his guests. His helpfulness is exemplary.

The room is beautifully decorated and the garden is beautiful (loved the garden shower). I didn't meet the hosts but they were always available to answer on WhatsApp. I really enjoyed the fact that there was A/C in the room, and it was turned on before I arrived. There was also a fridge in the room.
