Not only because of the magical location of the shore of Achensee and embraced by mountains but also because of the facilities, the staff and the food. Let's start with the room: this is the first hotel room where bathroom and toilet are separated. Fantastic idea! The room was spotless clean and the cleaning staff deserve a big applause! The room was silent, well isolated. The walls are not paper thin, you can barely hear anything from outside. It even has a balcony which is also not common. The spa facilities are huge and well-maintained, offering a wide range of possibilities. The food in the restaurant is fantastic, the staff super helpful and costumer oriented. The staff deserves all the recognition they can get, they are the ones carrying the hotel on their shoulders and you can see that they are working real hard.

Everything was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. Parking is easy, many electric chargers. Access by using the key safe helps not to stress if you come from far away. The ski boot dryer is really efficient.

She even gifted my wife a delicious homemade strawberry jam, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. It made us feel truly cared for. We had a great time with my wife and our three children. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and we made beautiful memories. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming getaway.
