The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially the front desk stuff , Eddy who was always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The hotel stuff will greet you with a warm welcoming smile throughout your stay ! The room was modern , clean and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and a cozy bed. The location is up hill with a beautiful sea views . We used the complimentary transportation to the city centre with many shops bars and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Prime Location: Located a few steps from Ksamil Beach 9, the hotel is highly rated for its family-friendly atmosphere, beach access, and scenic views. Nearby attractions include the Blue Eye and Butrint National Park. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful — they gave us great suggestions around the city, which led us to an amazing dinner and cocktails. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The hotel is new, secure, and in a great location close to everything. We also really enjoyed the generous and delicious breakfast.

The decorations were well done, from rooms to corridors. The spaces in rooms and corridors are big and comfortable. The services were exceptional. The boss worked very hard, from 6:00 in the mornings till midnight. He served breakfasts as a waiter, providing tourist information as a guide, and drove us to the harbor as a taxi driver for free. We bought drinking water but didn’t open them at all because we got bottled water from the hotel in the mornings and evenings everyday. The room services were great. We got fresh towels each day. The breakfast was rich with many fruits. We couldn’t finish them and packed them as our lunches. :) The central location of this hotel is absolutely wonderful. 100 meters to the main bus station of Sarande and 5 minutes will reach to the sea. Wifi was smooth and all staffs were very friendly. We couldn’t expect more.
