We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Before our arrival, they were very transparent and let us know that there had been an issue with the air conditioning in the room we had originally booked. When we arrived, they immediately offered us another room with the same features and gave us a very fair discount to make up for the situation. Cuong was absolutely amazing. He let us leave our luggage after checkout and even allowed us to stay in the common area for several hours while we waited for our bus. He served us tea during that time, completely free of charge. His kindness and attention really stood out. Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Honestly, they’re not just five-star staff, they’re ten-star staff.

A very lovely place to stay above the city but a close enough walk down some steps to the centre. The staff were so nice, the breakfast was great and the laundry service made our clothes smell amazing! The room was a good size, very clean with an amazing view! Would highly recommend :)

The staff went above and beyond to look after me when I was really tired from travelling. They also gave me a bag of bananas and water for my overnight bus trip. They also messaged me on WhatsApp to make sure I got to Fansipan ok. They were wonderful and allowed me to check out later because I had a night bus.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Helped me to book a trekking tour. Excellent value for a private room, which was a really cute cabin. Breakfast was good. Gorgeous puppy too! The most beautiful garden and views, and a short walk to town (although there is a big hill). I slept really well here.

We loved everything about our stay here. The tasteful property is a peaceful, relaxing place away from the bustle of Sapa town. Moreover, the surrounding area gets less rain and is warmer than Sapa town, which is more affected by the clouds/weather systems that hover around Fanspian. The terraces and corn fields in the area can be easily explored by foot or motorbike and are stunning, as is the vista from the homestay. You can have clear glimpses into the lives of the local ethnic minority groups as they monitor grazing water buffalo, play in the streams or tend their crops. The manager of the property, Chili, and the rest of the staff are incredibly accommodating. They supported us with all of our needs and even drove us to pick up some local BBQ roadside chicken. The food at the homestay restaurant was both healthy and delicious. Overall, you really can't beat this place for value. Would happily return and recommend it to anyone!

View was amazing. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5-10mins walk to Sapa Center. The room was spacious and clean. All basic amenities were provided. As I came during raining season, the hotel even provides umbrella that you could borrow. Hotel breakfast is provided at the nearby Mam Restaurant, very convenient and with a great view too.

The location is near.to the centre of the town..It was not busy and noisy as in the centre of the town..the staffs are very friendly.. The room is very clean and comfortable.. Its a new hotel and worth your money and experience..would highly recommend it..breakfast included..Just would recommend for some chicken and beef..thank for the lovely SAPA gift when we cheked out 😍🙏🏻❤

Amazing location, stuff was perfect and super helpful. Room was very clean and had all the necessities like shampoos, toothbrush, hairdryer. We did also a spa treatment, it was relaxing and affordable.

Very new, modern and clena hostel ideal if you have to catch a bus in the morning. Otherwise I would advice to stay in some homestays a bit further out of town. Good central location and nice staff.
