Our favourite stay of our Vietnam Trip. We loved staying with the host couple their 2y boy in their home. The hosts helped with whatever we needed, The cooked breakfasts (pick from about 8 options) with drip coffee were yummy and they made incredibly delicious family dinners where you can sit with the family and other traveller and share a meal (extra charge but SO worth it) The beds were soft and comfortable, the private room was cosy and includes a kettle, electric blanket, hangers and drinking water. We enjoyed just hanging around the property one of our days, in the hammock, with the neighbours children and walking through the rice fields. They also helped us arrange a taxi to SaPa early and the morning to catch our bus, and the host gave us some fruit and water for our early morning trip. There’s also wifi and a hot shower. Absolutely amazing stay, 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay outside of SaPa.

Gio and Pang Chau, who are running this place together, are very friendly and helpful hosts. They both speak well english and we had very nice chats with them not only on practical matters. The house is newly built, it feels cosy, peaceful and has amazing view of the fields and mountains on the other side of the valley.

May and her family were the perfect hosts. Cao’s and his wife’s cooking was amazing, very tasty, clean and fresh food, plus it was such a lovely experience eating together with the family. The bungalow was so cozy and very clean and in a perfect location away from the madness of Sapa. Trekking with May was a lot of fun, walking to the waterfalls and the bamboo forest, the views along the way were breathtaking. The herbal baths were much welcomed and a slice of luxury on a rainy day. Overall we loved the three nights we spent here and would love to come back..

From Check in to Check out we had a wonderful experience. The family that hosted us was super kind and friendly. They always wanted to make sure if we needed anything extra, or if they can do anything to make our stay even better. The rooms are really nice, big and clean, and we had our own en-suite bathroom, which was great. Dinner was lovely, we joined in on a family dinner, and it was a brilliant local experience with very tasty food (I can recommend it to everyone - ask for a family dinner) . Breakfast was really nice. The owner asked us every night what time would we like breakfast in the morning, and when we woke up breakfast would be ready on time. Her pancakes are delicious too. Very very good service, and I can 100% recommend this to anyone passing by the wonderful little village.

If you’re looking for something more than just a hotel, this is the place. We learned so much about Hmong culture, helped prepare a traditional dinner, and relaxed with breathtaking views. Dinh also supports local children to go to school, and we even had the chance to dance with them — it was such a fun and heartwarming experience! It is really rustic. But if you don’t mind what makes this stay particularly great is the very friendly family as well as the peaceful location. The brothers are great guides, too. If you’ve seen all the rice terraces and don’t mind a bit of sweat I highly recommend a guided hike in the forest, up the other side of the valley. This is how I pictured Vietnam before I went there (apart from the rice fields).

It's a very nice place to stay, the room is nice and clean. Nearby is a market on the street. The location on google maps is not correct (it's on the next paralell street). The receptionnist was very friendly and we could even leave out motorbike at the hotel for 2 weeks during our trip to China. Thank you!

Everything! The location was amazing. Peaceful, in the middle of the ricefields in a very interesting local village. The owners, Emma and Pepsi, were so sweet, professional and truly inspiring. They always made sure you felt at home. It has a very cute pool with the perfect temperature. The pool is very clean. The views from the homestay are amazing. The rooms are taken very well care of. They are beautiful and the communal spaces are very big, and as well, beautiful. They have a very cute dog, MuiMui.
