Han was super accommodating throughout the stay and gave me such a warm welcome to the city. The pictures on the booking don’t do the apartment justice in my opinion, there are two balconies with incredible views. Two bathrooms - very handy. Two balconies with incredible views. Lovely kitchen with freshly ground coffee. A full dining table perfect for eating/working. Super comfy bed and quiet area perfect for a peaceful nights sleep.

Everything! Must stay hotel! Very pleasant, friendly staff and comfortable feeling just when you walk in. Special appreciation for the lovely Savanah at the bar. Running the place on her own, she had everything under control, so composed and proffesional and always smiling. Thank you girl! Hotel is 5 min walk to the Fisherman's Wharf centre. You right on the promenade with all the boat tours, pier 39- the cute seals, the cable car, everything. Best location ever. Would definitely stay here next time.

Been there before. They redecorated to hallways and rooms. Major improvement. Location is great in Marine district. Bus stops 2 minutes away towards Geary/Mission and Golden Gate. Enough parking space but didn't use it. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Rooms in the back are much quieter than in front at the Lombard st. side.

We had a very pleasant stay in Chelsea Inn. The room was spacious, clean and well equiped. We had a chance to chat with the manager who was very welcoming and gave us loads of useful tips about San Francisco. Hope to come back again in the future.
