I have stayed in several hotels and I have never observed so many staff members who appear to truely enjoy making their customers happy.I got the impression they were happy in their workplace. It was very refreshing to see this.From the minute I checked in until I checked out the staff was very nice. I was surprised at the variety served at the breakfast buffet. I was expecting small boxes of cereal...I was wrong. The location is perfect.Portland is a "walking city". The beds are very comfortable.I was surprised at how well stocked the room was with everything you could need in a hotel room.
