we arrived rather late in Palm Springs, but the lobby was still open so the check-in was no problem. our room was clean and everything that we needed was available - even an (empty) mini-fridge! we booked pool view, but we didn't really have a view from our room. but i must say, we were just 50m away from it - so that's fine.

The staff on site was so hospitable and friendly. The facilities/bungalows on site including pool and spa were exceptional and the site is highly recommended. Well, the check-in process was somewhat interesting but worked out in the end with no issues. Fascinating place with a history. Recommended (PS: we left our kids at home so no worries, kind of strange that pets are allowed but kids are not... but clearly understandable from the guests point of view, so thumbs up)

Very large suites. Fit 5 adults comfortably. Easy access to the Main Street, only 5 mins in a car. Space was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Great family location. Great value for money.

We had a great time and wished we could stay longer ! The place was quiet and clean, and the facilities were very well equipped: 2 pools, a jacuzzi, sunbeds and 4 barbecues (including 2 gas ones). The room itself was spacious and clean. Kudos to the king size bed and the wide screen TV. Convenient parking right in front of the hotel. All of that for a very affordable price. We strongly recommend this place.
