We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place. Our room was large and airy with everything we needed. Sparkling clean and a lovely comfy bed. Breakfast was a buffet which was ample and fully stocked. The lady on the desk, BJ, was so welcoming, ready to give advice on places of interest and places to eat. So helpful, and made us feel right at home. Location for us was brilliant, not too far from Newport centre but far enough away to be quiet at night. Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel!

Everything from start to finish was amazing. The front desk staff were so lovely and helpful and the same at breakfast. The decor of the room was absolutely stunning!! It was so plush and luxurious. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was so gorgeous to get ready in. Loved the spacious shower also.

The kitchen and living room were clean and cozy. We liked the separate space to hang downstairs and having the bedroom space upstairs. Bathrooms were very clean and updated.
