I Loved the customer care. It was amazing to see such customer care in the USA. Been to many hotels but never ever experienced such a wealth of customer care. They gave us free bottles of drinking water when we walked in from a very hot outside. They gave extra help with printing and scanning our documents which wasn't part of their work. The breakfast was super great. They are just the BEST
