I had an amazing time during my staying at Kasa. It was my first time and i had no idea it would’ve been this great. The apartment was super clean, well decorate and super well located (really close to the downtown area). I was able to enjoy the pool, Gym room with my access card and i felt very secure during the whole time. The team was really friendly and nice, helped me out when needed. I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation with them for my next trip. Thank you KASA for making such wonderful experiences for your client.

I had a wonderful experience at your hotel. The room amenities were great with a comfortable bed, a shower, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, and a convenient desk. Being just a 7-minute walk from the metro made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The area felt safe and pleasant, adding to my overall comfort. The staff were exceptional. Despite facing payment issues during my check-in on June 20th, they handled the situation with incredible kindness and patience, going out of their way to assist me. Every interaction with your team was warm and welcoming, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I commend your hotel for its guest-oriented approach and wish you continued success. I look forward to staying with you again in the future :)

We only met the hosts when we checked in, but they were very nice and welcoming. We were given a tour of the property, then left to ourselves. We were very comfortable and don't have a single complaint. I'd happily stay again. The beds were comfortable, unlike hotel beds, and we all slept very well. It was quiet and we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is close enough to everything, but in a quiet and safe area. It was really ideal.

We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

    Everything about this was perfect. The cute little apartment was very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen so we were able to have breakfast in and save a few quid! The location was in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with very simple and affordable access to the city. Probably my favourite stay throughout my travels around the states thus far. The owner was very easy to contact and very helpful in regard to any questions or queries we had or any help we needed while we were there.

    Location is ideal. My room was pretty spacious and with a nice view. The bed was really confortable. Staff was really nice. Loved the complementary cookies offered. The food and drinks at the restaurant are really good. Prices are really affordable, will definitely go back !

    Location is absolutely perfect ! FREE parking downtown Chicago is definitely a + Spacious room, king bed really comfortable, very clean. Room with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Good breakfast $10.00 per person offered by the hotel across the street was useful. Edgar at the reception was very professional, friendly and always available to answer our questions. Excellent deal and very pleasant hotel for a two star rating !!!
