The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

This is one of those rare hotels where the pictures online correspond 1 to 1 with reality. Someone has put so much thought into it, everything was very consistent and worked perfectly. It was probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.

The staff are super friendly a d very accomodating. They keep changing my towels everyday and cleaned my room daily. I even requested early checkout because of my flight schedule on the day and the staff was too kind to get to the hotel very early to let me checkout. Thank you so much! The location is really good as it is closed to MRT Ximen Station and Ximen Ding. The room is large and comfortable. The view is really good as my room can view the crossroads. It is also easy to reach Presidential Office Building or even Taipei Station. The Staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean. The toilet is electronic one, just the same as those in Japan. There is an AI assistant that you can control the lights in the room by speaking to AI assistant.

the washing machine/dryer in the room came in pretty handy. room was spacious, with attention to detail. staff incredibly nice and helpful. location was rather convenient in terms of MRT and nearby activities and services. also, didn't feel too touristy.
