The staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Very clean, light, plug, curtains and towel provided. Cookies, water, coffee available all day.... banana for breakfast along with coffee. Walking street is so close, island is small so very walkable. Food prices can be reasonable... chicken rice and veges 80 baht, mango and yogurt smoothie, 50 baht. Shop around. North beach has some grwat beach bars. I snorkled here and saw fis around the rocks. It is well worth a visit, 21/2 to 3hr boat ride from Koh Lanta.

The owners are really nice, the room is spacious the bed comfortable. There is one of the nicest beaches of the island just 5 minutes of walking from your room. There is a large fridge in the room and the aircon works properly. The breakfast was delicious although i would have liked a thaifood option. All in all it was perfect, and for that price deserves a 10/10

We had an amazing stay! The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and it was in a great location. It is about a 3-5 minute walk to the Walking Street. The breakfast provided was excellent as well. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Ko Lipe. I can't say enough about how amazing the staff were. We highly recommend this place!

I really liked the garden view room for price, but upgraded to a sea view. It cost a lot more but I really liked it for a short term. Beach was great. Maybe food menu little limited but was told it was low season ,so thought was well worth it ,not having large amounts of people

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. Clement showed us some hidden gems and offered himself to keep our stuff despite we no longer were at the hotel for 1 extra day. Azie is such a wonderful women, always smilling, friendly and willing to help. She booked our ferries and call again to change it due to our mistake. We highly recomend this place because your experience will be as good as the people you shared with.

Large clean room. Enough space for two adults and 2 kids. Had everything we needed. Close to beach. Quiet end of beach Friendly Staff. Recommend staying here for everyone.
