We liked how welcoming and friendly the staff was. They helped us and informed us of all the activities and the facilities in the hotel. The food was very delicious and fresh. Room was super comfortable and clean. The spa was amazing and we did two treatments as we liked it very much.

The lazy gibbon was a great hostel. We came to party and also see everything and wanted somewhere fairly quite so we could sleep when we got back from partying. Jay was especially help full too when we need to know better way to book things. He ever let us keep some of our bags at the hostel in chiang mai when we drove to pai for three days. And when we checked out and our friends didn’t he let us stay with them in the hostel area till our flight. Great hostel experience overall

Everything! Chiza and her husband are super welcoming and friendly. My flight got delayed and i arrived in the middle of the night and they welcomed me with a big smile. Beds are super comfortable. It’s very cozy thanks to all the lovely details. There are also dorms just for women. Upstairs is the female floor. Downstairs is male floor. Met lovely travelers there. Very social! I’ll be back in chiang mai in 2 weeks and will definitely go back to chizas hostel!

Loved the location in the old city and the private entrance from a small alleyway. The staff are very friendly and the whole place is well run and very clean and comfortable. Perfect place to stay in a central location to explore the town - everything is easy to walk to, the hotel & rooms are new & clean exactly like the pictures. It has a very cosy boutique hotel feel. The staff are very helpful, there is a free shuttle you can request to drop you off to places in the old town, we were given generous drink vouchers to use for our stay. There is a small restaurant onsite and the food there is excellent. There was a problem with the water one morning but we called reception and it was fixed within 5 minutes (note the water is not too hot but this isn't really a big deal in the heat). We really enjoyed our trip to Chiang Mai and our stay in this hotel.
