The property was comfortable, charming and cozy. It had everything we needed for our short stay. There was a great selection of towels and toiletries in the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Silvia was more than helpful with the check in procedure and giving us ideas of things to do in San Marino. The property has views out over the countryside and you can watch the sunset. It’s magical. The free breakfast at Janice Gelaterie is great, with fabulous fresh croissants and coffee. The gift of a bottle of local wine was lovely, and the wine excellent. It’s practically next door to the bus stop and just a flight of steps or lift ride to the historic centre.

- clear parking instructions + seamless arrangement - possibly the "highest" lodging in San Marino - heating, even on tiled floors - very warm welcome (love the welcome snacks, drinks and wine) - location was really good (the torres were just a short hike up via a few flight of stairs. I visited the outside of the torres at 7.30am and it was sooooo peaceful.) - very prompt and responsive communication
